problem-solving and responsible decision-making. Skills
and responses required during the simulation mirror
workplace dynamics, providing fertile ground for

The
state-of-the-art simulator transports employees to an
exciting space scenario. As members of interrelated
teams, the participants "fly" the mission.
Each person receives pre-flight instruction and
experiences two simulator locations: mission control
(patterned after NASA's Johnson Space Center) and the
operations deck of a futuristic spacecraft. The
Corporate STAR Program is conducted using The Challenger
Learning Centers located throughout the country.
